Labour Fund is a separate legal entity entitled for implementation of active employment policy. It helps both those who seek and those who offer job. The Fund organises special workshops aimed at strengthening of self-confidence, helps unemployed to prepare an individual career plan, find work and/or start a new career, finish or continue ceratin education programmes. The companies can get Fund's assistance in preparation of human resources plans, re-qualifications of their employees, financial support and expertise in the process of cutting down labour.
Job Club is also one of the active employment policy programmes helping unemployed to get knowledge in technics for job-seeking. It organises special workshops and offers guidance in intensive process of finding job to all participants throughout the 12-week programme.
