Scholarship scheme

Was launched in 2001 with the ambition to motivate the young generation with university degree to stay in the region. The project also includes companies from the region, which are called to give information on their demands for workforce with university degree for the coming year, after that Regional Development Centre invites applicants to apply for scholarships. In the past years the tender is also open to high school students. After the evaluation process a contract is signed between three parties: Regional Development Centre, a student and a regional company, which is obliged to employ a student for a ceratin period of years.
